Who we are
Zenlo is a service operated by Zenlo LLC, a California limited liability company (File No. B20260111586), 2108 N St, Suite N, Sacramento, CA 95816. Zenlo provides a B2B biomarker-analysis service (“Signature Reports”) to business clients.
Scope
This policy covers two types of information: (a) account/contact information of the business clients who use Zenlo, and (b) cohort data that clients submit for analysis.
Client account information
When a client contacts us or creates an account we collect name, work email, company details, and communications. We use it to operate the service and communicate about it.
Cohort data submitted for analysis
Clients submit de-identified laboratory results of study cohorts for analysis. Clients are responsible for de-identifying this data and for having the necessary consents from study participants before submitting it. Zenlo processes this data solely to generate the client’s Signature Report and does not use it to train AI models.
How analysis works (AI processing)
Zenlo uses deterministic logic combined with large language models. Data sent to our AI processing provider is handled under a Business Associate Agreement with zero-data-retention, meaning it is not retained after processing and not used for model training.
Subprocessors
We use a limited set of third-party providers (cloud hosting, database, AI processing) bound by confidentiality and security agreements.
Data retention and deletion
Client account data is kept for the life of the account. Submitted cohort data is deleted on client request or account closure.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure.
Your rights
Clients may access, correct, or delete their account information. Depending on jurisdiction (including CCPA) you may have additional rights; contact us to exercise them.
Children
Zenlo is a business service and is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be shown by an updated effective date.
