Agreement
These Terms govern use of Zenlo, operated by Zenlo LLC (File No. B20260111586), 2108 N St, Suite N, Sacramento, CA 95816. By using Zenlo you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.
The service
Zenlo analyzes biomarker data from a client’s study cohort and returns a Signature Report describing measured shifts in the biomarker profile. It is a measurement and evidence tool.
Not medical advice, not a medical device
Signature Reports are analytical, informational outputs about cohort-level biomarker shifts. They are not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a medical device. Zenlo does not practice medicine and creates no provider-patient relationship.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for: (a) de-identifying cohort data before submission; (b) obtaining all necessary participant consents and ethical approvals for your study; (c) complying with applicable law in collecting and submitting data; and (d) how you use the Report, including any marketing claims you base on it.
Claims and representations
You are solely responsible for any product, marketing, or advertising claim you make using a Signature Report. Zenlo does not approve, endorse, or warrant any such claim.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, submit data you have no right to submit, reverse-engineer the service, or use it outside the scope described here.
Intellectual property
Zenlo retains all rights in its software, engine, and methodology. You retain rights in your own submitted data and your Report.
Disclaimers (“as is”)
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that outputs are error-free or the service uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenlo’s total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim. Zenlo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision or claim you make based on a Report.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Zenlo against claims arising from your use of the service, your data, or claims you make based on a Report.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes shown by an updated effective date.
